Starting from a blank canvas, I created new borders for the Lodge House with a bold, colourful prairie-style planting scheme.

 

Drifts of echinaceas, liatris, silphium, and asters are punctuated by grasses, providing vibrant late summer colour and attracting butterflies and bees. The planting offers year-round interest, movement, and structure, transforming the garden into a lively, welcoming space.
